Reap the benefits of CBD Oil

The popularity of CBD Oil has been growing rapidly over the last few years, and for a good reason. Many are swearing by it, and the health benefits that stem from it are plentiful. CBD, or Cannabidiol, is one of the hundreds of cannabinoids that can be found within the cannabis plant. It was discovered in 1940, but it began to enter the spotlight early last year.

There are many different types of CBD oil. If you do a simple Google search, you will find hundreds of different brands with hundreds of varying strengths for thousands of applications. When looking at Cannabidiols as a whole, there are three main categories: Full Spectrum, Broad Spectrum, and Isolate.

Full Spectrum: A Full Spectrum CBD oil typically contains the whole plant, or in layman's terms, still includes the THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol, the main psychoactive ingredient in cannabis).

Broad Spectrum: The Broad Spectrum oils will ultimately have all the same benefits as the Full Spectrum, but they will not contain any amounts of THC. Broad Spectrum CBD oil is great for those who cannot have any trace of THC in their bloodstream, whether for work, sports, or legal reasons.

Isolates: Finally, we have our Isolate oils. These will usually only consist of CBD or Hemp oil, and will not contain any of the other cannabinoids that the Full or Broad Spectrum oils do. Choosing one or the other is typically personal preference, and even though these three different groupings of CBD oil may sound similar in composition they are actually quite different.

What CBD products should I buy?

When looking into which CBD oil you would like to purchase, one of the main things you should consider is why you are taking it in the first place. Is work too stressful and you're looking for something to get the edge off? Are you having difficulty sleeping at night and nothing else seems to help you doze off when it gets to be that time of night? Does your pet get anxiety when you leave to for your job each and every morning? If any of those sound familiar, then you should begin researching CBD oil for you or your pet! I strongly suggest looking into Love Hemp and CBD FX as both are incredible brands and have a plethora of products to choose from. Now the real question though, what group of oil fits my needs best. Over the last few years, a lot of research has been compiled on this topic. Most of it points to Full Spectrum oil being the best of the three due to the "entourage" effect, and personally, I agree.

The entourage effect can be somewhat tricky to grasp, but it boils down to the fact that when the cannabinoids are used together they are more effective than when used individually. With that being said, one would think that Full Spectrum makes the most sense to use for any injury, ailment, or irritation. But as I mentioned earlier, it truly is all up to personal preference. Some people may take a Full Spectrum dose of CBD oil and feel off, yet a dose of a Broad Spectrum or an Isolate will have whatever is bothering them gone in minutes.

The last piece of the CBD oil puzzle is understanding the many ways you can ingest the cannabidiols. Depending on who you ask, the count of ways to consume CBD oil can vary. I believe there to be four main categories and they are as follows:

  1. Tinctures - Tinctures are small, eye dropper bottle filled with CBD oil. Typically when taking a tincture, you put the CBD oil under your tongue and keep it there for twenty to thirty seconds. The purpose of this is to get it to an area where it can enter your bloodstream quicker than simply eating or drinking the oil. You can also take the eye dropper and put the tincture into your favorite meal or beverage if you do not like the oil under your tongue.

  2. Edibles - Next up are the edibles, and they are pretty self-explanatory. These are just foods infused with the oil, and one of the main benefits of consuming CBD this way is to ensure longer lasting effects. With topical ointments and transdermal skin patches, the CBD oil is being applied to more specific areas. These two methods work better than edibles or tinctures if you can localize your area of pain and don't require as long lasting relief.

  3. Topical/Skin - Often used as a cream or balm which can be applied to skin for a number of benefits.

  4. Vaping/Smoking - Finally, vaping or smoking CBD oil is a practical way to get those cannabidiols into your system. This is the fastest way to ingest and feel the effects of CBD, yet just like the topical and transdermal skin methods, these effects are not as long-lasting (but if you have your vape pen with you regularly then this is not an issue).

All in all, CBD oil is an extremely effective tool for those of us with daily afflictions that leave us constantly uncomfortable. With its many groupings, applications, and ways of consumption, CBD oil is the pinnacle of health supplements in this current day and age.

Personally, depending on the requirements I would check out some of the latest promotions available at Vapor Shop Direct with Vape Deals.
